1. today i’ve dedicated to TV. actually, i finished william boyd’s any human heart this morning, feeling quite satisfied with the way it turned out. i’m about to embark on another book, i just have yet to figure out which one.

2. mary tyler moore has been helping me get to sleep lately. i pop a DVD in the computer and hit ‘play all.’ it had been the office on itunes but hey, they were skipping! just the ones i’ve downloaded recently. strange, non?

3. i can’t wait to see the latest cover of usweekly. i can’t wait to get my hands on it. i love its silky pages.

4. yet i’m so sick of celebrity gossip. really sick of it.  but i can’t help myself. i understand the whole addiction thing now, and i feel terribly sorry for anyone who suffers from something more intense than celeb gossip and coffee.

5. i have a crush on hunter from the simple life. he is ADORABLE. but, sadly, in love with paris hilton. yet somehow i don’t quite care. i love him. i even watched two episodes over again that i saw a couple of days ago just so i could indulge in hunter’s cuteness.

6. i think that july 4th should be the new new year. like with the whole independence thing.  you should be able to make new resolutions, try to improve something about yourself.

7. jim and pam moments, circa seasons 1 and 2, still melt my heart. i’m so glad i happened upon this gem of a show in april 2006, about the same time i found say anything, the band. beautiful music, lyrics, spirit.

8.  i dream that pilates will transform my body. 8 minute pilates, natch. a girl can dream.

9. i love iced tea lemonade, made here on the homefront.

10.  i’d like to have a marc jacobs purse and a white krazr.
